 Beautiful landscaping and a wide-open yard complement the simple elegance of this pool.Bright blue waterline tile and the exposed white lip of the pool contrast nicely. A gray automatic pool cover, matching the home’s siding, was chosen by the homeowners to eliminate the need for a fence, helping add to the yard’s wide-open appearance. A unique feature of this pool project is the combination decking. Immediately surrounding the pool is a light concrete deck. Surrounding that is a layer of brick decking. Finally, a mixture of gravel and stones surround the various plants around the pool deck.

 This pool project was almost refused by the builder because the house sits at the end of a curvy, long narrow and tree-lined driveway, which made it virtually impossible to deliver the pool.After looking into hiring a helicopter to lift the pool from the road to the yard, a crane company provided a solution. Imagine the fear of the homeowners as the pool was lifted over their home. Thankfully all turned out well. The blue pool is complemented with gray ceramic tile around the perimeter, gray bullnose brick coping, a gray slide and gray pool cover. At night the pool glows thanks to a fiber-optic lighting system. The system rotates lighting colors or can be set to keep a consistent color choice.
